    Trending Legal Issues presented by Elizabeth Glasgow with Farmer, Price, Hornsby and Weatherford law firm.  She will share information on handling retaliation claims under the ACA, new DOL interpretation of joint employment, EEOC proposal to seek pay data on the EEO-1 reports, EEOC new guidance on retaliation under Title VII, trend toward higher verdicts in ADA accommodation, and discussion of a recent $10.6M verdict in the northern district of Alabama.
