The Wiregrass Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA) members meet monthly to engage in, and discuss interesting and timely topics relevant to the human resource profession. These human resource forums are normally held on the second Wednesday of each month at 11:30 AM and may feature a guest speaker, a panel discussion, or a legal round-table group. A buffet lunch starts at 11:30, the meeting and speaker start at 12:00.
Unless another location is indicated, WHRMA will be meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn. Each monthly meeting notice will list the location and cost. Be sure to RSVP each month. Members should watch for email reminders of the meetings about one week prior to the meeting. Reservations are made by emailing LaChun Ritter at email@example.com at least three business days prior to the event. Current cost is $15 for members and $25 for guests. Every year WHRMA joins with Troy University Dothan to present an HR Forum to the local area. The date for the 17th annual HR Forum event for 2016 will be September 15. This special day will include speakers, exhibitors, handouts, door prizes, give-aways, and lunch. Download the flyer for more information.
