Legal Issues Roundtable
We're in transformative times regarding labor and employment issues. At our next management roundtable meeting, Matt Stiles will review:
- Recent, almost earth-shattering, regulations under the Affordable Care Act,
- What employers need to know about the new FMLA regulations and FSLA posting requirements,
- Making sense of recent court decisions invalidating President Obama's recess appointmtents.
